People never stop asking how is the climate here during winter. Norwegian weather forecasts do not make a distinction between the coastal and the continental Balkan climate. I can tell you; there is a big difference. I compare the winter here with a summer in my town Lillehammer, among the best climate zones in Norway. This is ment to be a kind of answer to all the questions. Ok; I dont measure the official temperatures, but they are how I find them on the shady side of my house. There is never direct sun. Take it for what it is; my private, not official measurings.
